This quick and easy appetizer is and a great way to impress your guests!

(1-inch) wedges iceberg lettuce
4 strips cooked bacon, cut in half
8 grape tomatoes
8 bamboo toothpicks
8 teaspoons blue cheese salad dressing
8 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese, or more to taste

Turkey Burgers

This is suppose to be "The Best Turkey Burger recipe ever! It is easy and sounds good and you can grill it or pan fry it. Add extra toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc....) and you are go to go.

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

This red pepper hummus is over the top delicious! It is full of that irresistible freshly roasted red bell pepper flavor and you’re going to have a hard time putting it away.

1 1/2 medium red bell peppers
1 (15 oz) can chick peas, drained and rinsed
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic (use fairly small ones)

Bacon Avocado Deviled Eggs

This is a simple recipe yet it's always a crowd pleaser!  It's a great dish to bring to a potluck because chances are even if someone else brings deviled eggs they won't be avocado bacon style.

6 hard boiled eggs  - will yield one dozen deviled eggs
2 small ripe avocados
the juice of half a lime
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
sea salt to taste

    • 3 large eggs, at room temperature

¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded,divided
1 tsp. butter (I used Brummel & Brown)
¼ cup Franks Hot Sauce
¼ tsp. celery salt

1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1-1/2 tbsp sugar

2/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch

Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls

Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Dipping Sauce by droolfactor: This is a fresh and easy dish that can be prepared ahead of time.

It’s a great entrée to serve at dinner parties, or as canapés or snacks. The good thing is that the rolls stay fresh covered with a damp cloth for a few hours, so it’s a great dish that can be prepared ahead of time.
