Lasagna Soup

Do you like lasagna? If you answered yes, or even no, you’re going to want to make this soup!

Pecan Pie Cookies

Deliciously sweet, caramel-y, nutty filling with a flaky pastry!

    • 1 prepared single pie crust (homemade or purchased, I used Pillsbury)
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup corn syrup

Cranberry Eggnog Cupcakes

If you’re looking for some of Santa’s elves to dance on your tongue, then head out to the grocery store to pick up some eggnog for these cuties!


1 box white cake mix
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1/3 C. oil
1 C. eggnog
1/2 C. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp, vanilla extract

Slow Cooker Apple Cider

Slow Cooker Apple Cider is one of those recipes that is easy to make, and the smell of apple cider simmering with oranges, lemons, and spices all day in the slow cooker is absolutely wonderful.

This can be made ahead as well. Just prepare all the ingredients and keep the slow cooker insert in the refrigerator until ready to heat.
