Cream Cheese Appetizer Pie Recipe

8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp 2% fat milk
2 tbsp dried minced onions
2 jars dried beef, chopped into little pieces
1/8 tsp pepper
16 oz sour cream

Mix cream cheese, milk, onions and pepper
Add sour cream and mix
Add the chopped dried beef and mix
Place mix in greased pie plate, add chopped pecans for final touch
Bake at 350 F for 15 to 30 minutes until hot and edges bubble
Serve with crackers (Wheat Thins, Triscuits, etc.)
